Just two months after a very successful concert in Lincoln Cathedral to wish our Queen a very Happy Birthday, Lincoln Choral Society is celebrating the 400th anniversary of the death of the 'Bard of Avon', William Shakespeare. Along with the famous 'West Side Story' excerpts by Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim, the choir will perform some of the many song settings of Shakespeare's works written throughout the ages. There will also be solos from choir members and from very talented local organist Tom Stockwell.
Join in the celebration at The Cathedral Church of St Katherine's (Opposite South Park Roundabout, Lincoln) on Friday 17th June at 7.30. Parking will be available on South Park, opposite the venue.
